Thanks for your message. I was very glad to hear from you again.
Now I’d like to answer your questions. To be honest, I don’t miss school very often because of health problems — maybe once or twice a year when I catch a cold. When I am ill and have to stay indoors, I can entertain myself by watching films, reading books, or playing video games. To stay healthy, I eat lots of fruit and vegetables, drink enough water, and get at least seven or eight hours of sleep every night. I also play volleyball regularly, which helps me keep fit.
