Text C
Ann: Do you like our town, Tim?
Tim: Yes, Ann. It’s nice and quiet. Have you always lived here?
Ann: Yes, I have hardly ever left it. It’s nice. You’re right! Especially the orchard garden next to the river. I go there when I feel sad or happy.
Tim: Sounds like you really like it.
Ann: Yes, it’s a special place for me.
Tim: Look, could you show me a bit of your town? I’d like to see the Old Tower in the centre.
Ann: It’s a museum now, not really interesting.
Tim: Anyway, and the main pedestrian street with all its crafts shops. I’d like to buy some souvenirs there. And that wonderful orchard garden of yours, of course.
