Presenter: Many opera singers have performed this role. What is special about your vision of her?
Kelly: This role is already a part of my soul. In fact, the music and artistic staff of the musical have been so collaborative and supportive in helping me really make this character my own. I have added little bits and nuances throughout the piece that I think the audience will really love. But it wouldn’t be a good idea to reveal them all just before the first night show. You’ll have to come and see it for yourself.
